Mike (keys) and Danny (vocals) started Cover Down in 2009 to provide a superior musical experience with a personal attention to client details.  Joined by Roger (sax & keys) in 2011 and then by Katrina (vocals) in 2012, Cover Down began its ascent into one the top bands in North Texas.  Joined later by Jonny (drums), Andrew (guitar) and Mike (bass), Cover Down is comprised of DFW’s finest musicians, many of whom graduated from the University of North Texas’ esteemed music program.  And our depth of talent is matched with our breadth of material. Our deep catalog of songs (over 170 tunes and counting) affords the ability to adjust material during sets so that the dance floor stays packed. And if you want the band to play some custom tunes, we will bring a faithful rendition with full instrumentation.

 

We will bring your vision to reality by meeting with you in person to discuss details, coordinating with your wedding planner, and emceeing your event to ensure smooth transitions -- from your entrance to first dance, speeches to cake cutting, and bouquet toss to grand exit.  You will have the opportunity to choose specific songs you love, as well as the ones that should be left out.  This day is YOUR day.  And Mike & Danny do what is takes to ensure your event is a success.
